The SIMPLE VIEW does not require a password and provides a quick view of some of the foreclosures primarily from our single page flyer in the stores.
The ADVANCED VIEW is an interactive view with many more features and shows the full list that is emailed or faxed to our clients.
For Advanced View Username and Password May Be Required**
(Copy or Remember the following)
1. When prompted enter the following Username and Password
    Username = foreclosures.all2    Password = foreclosures

   If the user ID & password doesn't work the 1st time, try it again.
2. Click on Properties for your Consideration.
3. Click on (Most Recent) for your choice of HUD, VA, Fannie Mae, etc.

MISC. TIPS:

*After Selecting Most Recent Foreclosures of your choice you will have the following options.
     ~You can click on the picture to get a larger picture of the property.
     ~You can click on the address to get more property detail such as
     taxes, directions, room sizes, etc..
     ~You can select properties that you MAY or MAY NOT be interested
     in and send e-mail comments for one or more properties.
     ~You can sort by "Least Expensive", "Most Expensive" or "Favorites" -
     (Don't forget to put your name and email address in the comment section).
     SORT BY has a drop down menu in the upper right hand corner.
     ~You can "SAVE and REPLY" to any properties you marked as
     INTERESTED or MAYBE and for any COMMENTS you entered.

To view properties online, you may go directly to Urban Visions website (Property Search). Or you can sign on to their website 'UrbanVisions Inc' and then go to "Property Search". After finding the properties that may interest you, contact me to see any of these properties or for placing a bid or contract.
